The practice was sold to Tenet Hospital Systems and we were told that nothing would change with our jobs but Dr. Diamond couldn’t stop the new company from contracting the transcription over to another company. Also notified the reimbursement specialist when patients couldn’t be reached by phone or answering machine while catching up a back log of several hundred outstanding statements.

• Located and printed EOB forms from computer and attached them to CMS-1500 Universal Insurance Claim form and mailed to third party payers.
