Sr. Product Quality Program Management

• Be accountable for the complete product lifecycle (PLC process) from Design Concept to OBS and everything between.

Working with cross-functional team worldwide driving and tracking quality incidents to determine the RCCA using

5Why’s analysis in Agile and MetricStream to manage all administrative aspects. Supporting FA activity for customer

returns (RMAs) to perform failure analysis and interface with CM and customer for the root cause/ corrective actions.

Performing high level data analysis to discover RCCA in support of CI activities with CM and Factory. Supporting and

auditing key function area as a team leader for key projects to measure the KPIs and RCCA process affectivity. Working

on product warranty reserve data with multiple RMA and Field eng. groups to support for finance on customer returns.

Working on a dashboard to define core product KPIs if the quality trend is having adverse affect on overall cost of the

Sr. Product Quality Life Cycle Engineering Management

• Ownership for the complete product lifecycle from NPI to EOL. Work with cross-functional team on a regular basis

worldwide driving tangible issues in a fast paced environment using all new technology (e.g. IPT, WebEx,

Telepresence etc). Responsible for escalations (e.g. LS/ SS/ CAP accounts, DRT for mfg. process etc.). Maintained all

reliability, quality, and field related issues with customer as well as CMs. Responsible for running qualification

process (RDT) for process change and new technology as well as on-going monitoring (ORT) programs. Responsible for

• Manage all reliability and qualification projects for digital or mixed signal ASIC device. Responsible for running

qualification for all new packages, new technology as well as on-going monitoring programs. Responsible for defining

all of the device specification, focus on modeling lifetime data, performing tests per Mil-Std, JEDEC std to predict

MTBF, EFR, FIT rate etc. Responsible for in-production, assembly, test yield and customer return to perform failure

analysis and interface with customer for the root cause/ corrective action. Responsible for providing quotes for new

projects, search for h/w vendors and lab to meet customer requirements. Perform internal and external periodic audits to

Staff Quality and Reliability Engineer

• Manage product reliability and qualification for custom ASIC chip as well as Fab for new process (WLR level).

Responsible for defining all of the product specification and test to meet product reliability in design (DFT) as well as in

mass production. Work with Mil-Std, JEDEC standards to run qualification test and predict MTBF, EFR etc for the ASIC

product. Responsible for failure analysis and interface with customer for the root cause/ corrective action. Responsible
