PROFILE & VALUE
Leader and a Team Player- In 2013 I trained all of the administrators which
were hired for Assisted Living Concepts, in Northern Indiana and Southern
Michigan. My team members also traveled to other houses to train and
provide support to struggling houses on a regular basis.
Creative Thinking- During 2013 I created an opportunity to rent unused
space in our building to a home care agency. This relationship was
beneficial for our residents and financially beneficial to my company by
collecting a percentage of the company's hourly billing on a monthly
basis.
Diverse Industry & Situational Experience - Experience in a variety of
industries allows me a broad knowledge base to draw from when making
decisions regarding business, employees, and the community. Industries

. During first 90 days net gain of twelve residents or a 20% increase
. Received award for highest profit margin in the region for the third
quarter of 2013
. During first eleven months net gain of twenty-six residents or a 47%
increase
. During December of 2012 twelve move-ins, followed by 4 move ins during
Jan. through April of 2013
. Building received excellent quarterly quality indicator scorecards in
all quarters of 2013
. December 2013 building had highest net gains in company
. December 2013 building 100% occupancy for first time since addition in
2008
. Consecutively ran two buildings in the absence of an Administrator in
an unlicensed building
. Trained and served as a mentor to all new Administrators in Northern
Indiana and Southern Michigan in 2013
. Ended November of 2013 with a net profit of 107% above operating
budget for 2013
. Reorganized five Buildings in the absence of an Administrator in
collaboration with the RDO
