SELECTED RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
* Developed and then presented to regulators a modified approach to an approved remedial
action that was subsequently approved and resulted in a cost savings of $825K on the
project.
* Through comparison of analytical data to regulatory cleanup standards, reduced regulatory agency’s position on an approved remedial action which resulted in a cost savings for the client of $70K on the project.
* Directed technical staff located in various areas of the country in devising efficient, cost saving remedial approaches and developing technical compliance documents.
* Directed pre-job safety calls prior to each field event to actively engage personnel in
company safety management systems and to think through the planned activities before
commencing field activities.
* Planned and managed multiple project sites throughout the country for various oil and gas clients ranging in budget from $100K to $1.6M.
* Supervised quarterly long term groundwater monitoring programs on USAF and USACE
sites; including develop quarterly schedules of field staff; training on the proper use of
sampling equipment and collecting environmental samples; and expediting program
schedules.

* Planned and developed costs for thirty-plus retail petroleum project sites located in various areas of the country utilizing the knowledge and experience of those states’ environmental regulations.
* Evaluated applicable environmental permit requirements, including state and local agencies, NJPDES, permit by rule, and general air permits, and facilitated compliance with each permit as appropriate.
* Conducted site visits to field locations at the various stages of the operation to perform observations and instruct junior staff and subcontractors on applicable procedures and safety requirements, thus maintaining goal for zero incidents.
* Presented and delivered multiple remediation-based recommendations to client and
regulatory audiences.
* Wrote all levels of environmental compliance documents comprising of work plans, site
assessment reports, corrective action plans, and quarterly monitoring reports for various
regulatory agencies, including CWRCB, NJDEP, TCEQ, RRC, and Ohio EPA.
