Objective

My immediate goal is to get empolyed with a company that allows me to apply what I have learned couple

with their company goals and procedures to be a great asset to making that company a more positive

Ability Summary

During my years of employment in this industry I have done many phases of work in this field. But as a

supervisor, foreman or assistant manager I have always felt the need to work along side the guys in my

crew or the guys that worked for me as a assistant manager. I am a working man's supervisor that feels the

need for his men to have total understanding of the work asked of them to do. So, if I feel that one lacks

that understanding I will spend the necessary time ensuring he is caught up on what is expected of him in

the work place. Also important that he knows that I am not asking him to do something that I have;nt done

myself'. In doing things this way he understands that I do know the amount of time to complete a
