• Explosives Manufacturing Facility Infrastructure ($7MM)
• New Coal Mine Shaft and Hoist and related infrastructure ($30MM)

Senior Project Engineer
• Scope development, appropriation and implementation of a corporate infrastructure inspection and repair program encompassing seven separate steelmaking plants in four states, (Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana). The program scope included the assessment of structural and safety related deficiencies, coordination with department management, determination of the corrective actions and implementation of remedial actions.
• Safe, on schedule and on budget replacement of the Coke Warf conveyor and pushing emissions control baghouse, fans and stacks without unplanned impacts to coke production or related operations. Both projects included replacement of existing analog system controls with state of the art digital PLC controls.
• Responsible for management of a NPDES/KPDES rebuild of a water treatment plant supporting two blast furnaces while maintaining hot metal production and ongoing discharge compliance.
• Oversaw replacement of an existing 1800' long sanitary / industrial sewer up to the tie-in to the existing city sanitary sewer main.
• Met EPA compliance schedule and corporate budgetary constraints in management of the permitting and closure requirements of an onsite industrial waste landfill including capping and water management activities.
• Managed multi-year and multi-facility asset recovery program involving the remediation, demolition, scrap recovery and waste disposal of dozens of large steel mill buildings at two plant locations, including two blast furnaces and related structures.
