o Managed all operations of a program for junior high and high school students at an organization of 90+ people, which included: making all major decisions concerning the program, overseeing a leadership team, strategically serving needs of students and parents, controlling a budget, engaging in communication with students and parents on a regular basis, and planning and leading special events
o Controlled a $4000 budget which included using a business credit card, tracking spending, completing a monthly re-imbursement form, saving and filing receipts, and receiving payments
Came in nearly $1000 under budget the first year as a result of prudent management
o Provided leadership to a team of volunteer leaders through a team-leadership style which led to a more effectively run program due to more input being given by others and more being achieved through delegation
