management of the school locations in the districts. Oversee 25 operating school locations in the
Virginia area. These schools average 125 students at each location and approximately 18 staff at
each location. Provide training and support to center based managers as well as district directors in
the field. Partner with various departments to achieve company goals and maintain policy and
procedure. Such departments include; accounting, payroll, educational specialist teams, as well as
the executive team.
THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE, Boca Raton, Florida
Regional Director, Aug 2010 – Jun 2012
• Directly responsible for providing support and guidance to Area Managers in the field as well as
operating franchisees. Directly oversaw 76 operating school locations in 6 different states. Assisted
with the licensing of 33 new locations in a 2 year span. Worked collaboratively with various
departments which included; Human Resources, Accounting, Work and Family, Franchise
Development, as well as Compliance.
THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE, Boca Raton, Florida
Area Manager, Aug 2008 – Jun 2010
• Was directly responsible for building business relationships with various franchisees within the
company. Assisted with the opening of 15 new school locations in an 18 month span. Provided new
hire orientation for both managers and teachers upon the opening of new schools. Maintained
strong relationships with outside agencies; Department of Social Services in 7 different states, local
and regional accreditation divisions, as well as city wide chamber of commerce.

• Supervised approximately 22 staff as well as conducting all new teacher training. Was responsible
for NAEYC annual reporting and implementation of all new criterions. Managed all curriculum
needs as well as program and program support.

• Provided training to lead teachers, observing teacher instruction, curriculum needs, and lesson
planning approvals. Offered parent teacher workshops focusing on reading readiness. Instructed a

used during my tenure making sure that all components were implemented appropriately by 7
classroom lead teachers.
