I was director and statutory underwriter of Reed’s $9M IPO to NASDAQ, now NYSE:REED

I Provided I.T., Marketing, & Product Development direction for Reed’s from 2000-2006.

Other past corporate consulting clients include Midwest Manufacturing Company (also served as VP for

Investor Relations), Jeremiah’s Pick Coffee, French Meadow Bakery, Greystone Inc., OTS Information Services,

During this period and under these auspices Sirius Encounters performed outreach to Capitol Hill’s homeless

teens & young adults providing food & hygiene supplies, job & housing placement, abuse survivor counsel-

ing, group therapy, & temporary shelter.

From 1991 to 1992, as Sirius Productions I produced and directed “Your Cosmic Connection” a late night, live

call-in Seattle television program & published the Seattle edition of the Northwest Comic News.

• Marketed audio/visual media, trained 1200+ sales representatives in Seattle and San Francisco offices, co-

100 sales reps.
