• Revamped Garia warehouse operations to reduce waste and facilitate manufacturing.

•Reduced vehicle water leaks by 80% through design remediation related to body seals and changes in robot applied

sealer.

• Identified engine wire harness problem, which caused significant drivability complaints and warranty. Vendor was

able to quickly resolve a wire spooling problem with their tooling.

• Developed a repair procedure that allowed repair of transmission case without transmission removal from vehicle

resulting in estimated $2 M cost avoidance.

• Obtained best in GM Powertrain warranty performance for cost and incidents with the elimination of the top three

engine complaints (coolant leaks, seized camshafts, engine noise).

• Solved a 20% failure rate problem in GM Spring Hill paint department. Effectively identified source of this non-

random paint contamination defect which was found to be tooling related.
