. Managed front desk and reception area to ensure coverage, calls were

answered timely and properly by receptionists and area was kept clean

and neat. Also, scheduled conference room and catering orders for

meetings. Sorted mail and distributed to departments accordingly.

. Administratively supported President and Controller of North Star

Trust by typing, creating, printing, scanning, and copying various

letters and spreadsheets as well as filing.

. Trained on the Vendor Management system and maintained vendor

relationships, provided recommendations regarding lease provisions and

terms as they pertained to office equipment. I also assisted the

Controller with various accounting and financial responsibilities. In

doing so I trained on the A/P accounting system Concur

to enter invoices, code them and obtained the appropriate approvals.
