Structural System: 145 meter height Pre- Heater Building (Pyro- Section) consisting of TAD support, Kiln

feeding system, C yclone supporting system at different levels & Precalcination system.

Task Performe d: Performing a nalysis, designing & d etailing o f super and sub structure including secondary

steel structural platforms, Kiln, TAD a nd cyclone supporting structure.

“Uhde India Pvt Ltd : 200TPD Caustic Soda Plant ”

Location: Bikkavolu Mndal, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh

Structural System: Hydrohloric Acid Synthesis Building (410 sq.m.), Brine Polishing Process Unit ( 200

sq.m.) & Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter Station (190 sq.m.) consisting of RCC Frame with Equipment

foundations, monorails a nd piping supporting structures

Task Performed: Analyzed and Designed raft footing and whole super structure for all three buildings,

prepared design documentation reports

Structural System: Material storage silo supporting structural s teel p latform

Task Performe d: Analyzed and designed 24 meter height silo supporting structure with all beam, column

and base plate connections using BS, IBC - EQ and Abu Dhabi standards. Also prepared design and B.O.Q

report.

Location: Bhatapara Expansion Line- 1, Baloda Bazar, Raipur

Structural System: Gypsum covering shed, F ly Ash feeding system (Structural Steel).

Task Performed: Performed a nalysis, design & detailing management for 12 m spanning s teel roof truss

having X – bracing lateral force resisting bracing system for Gypsum covering shed & Steel moment frame

consist o f A – bracing lateral force resisting system and steel floor system for F ly Ash feeding system

including connections, base plate, pedestal - s hear key, Hilti connections a nd sub structure. Worked out

Developed B.O.Q report for steel structure.

“J.K.Cement W orks: 5000 TPD Grinding Unit ”

Location: Mangrol, Rajasthan

Structural System: RCC/Steel transfer tower, Coal crushe r house, Additive crusher house accommodated

with conveyor belt and equipments. Duct supporting tower structure for WHRS and EPS b uilding. Control

room cabin and modification to existing structure.

Task Performe d: Performed analysis, design & detailing management of RCC/Steel moment frame

Mater ial handling system accommodated with conveyor gallery, trestles, plate girders, N - girders and

equipments including sub structures. Also analyzed & designed inlet and outlet d uct s ystem with feasibility

study of its s upporting tower structure configured by X a nd A bracings including connections, Hilti

connections a nd foundation for WHRS and EPS system. Modified existing RCC floor to accommodate the

opening for equipment and strengthened using steel members. Worked out the preferred exact location of

conveyor and trestle accordingly general arrangement drawings Developed analysis, design, cost estimation and

B.O.Q report.

Task Performed: Performed a nalysis, design & detailing management for whole plant structure including

equipment fixing, air drain out trenches, machine foundation, air washer process unit including sub structure.
