Profile:
I have been active within the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry as a
marketing professional for more than 25 years, covering a wide variety of market sectors. I have
served as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Director, and Marketing Manager of Business
Development. I am active in a number of professional organizations that play significant roles
within the A/E/C industry and has served as a member of the Board on several. I bring many
years of experience within this industry and am seeking a position as a Senior Marketing
Coordinator and/or Proposal Manager, where I feel that my abilities and talents are best served.
My responsibilities and achievements include:
• Facilitation of many association events, including the American Council of Engineering
Companies California (ACEC-CA) East Bay Chapter and Port of Oakland’s Breakfast of
Champions (BOC)
• Writing of proposals, statements of qualifications, project profiles, brochures, social
media and submissions for Engineering Excellence Awards to ACEC and CMAA

1996 – 2009 Don Todd Associates, Inc. – Marketing Manager for construction management
firm. My responsibilities included: Proposal writing / development, coaching
of presentation teams, lead tracking/development, representation on various
professional organizations, development of marketing collateral, and
maintenance of data base materials.

firm. My responsibilities included: Proposal writing / development, lead
