I am a Property manager with Public Storage, I'm qualified in all aspects of property management and acquistion properties. I rent storage units and parking places to tenants needing places for storage, also I suggest and sell merchandise, collect rent and through phone calls, emails, and letters, collect rent from delinquent tenants. I follow through with the legal process of legal auctions of unpaid units . I'm a KTP (trainer) as such I train new employees and train existing personal in new procedures, also assist the District manager in solving challenging situations that come up in the district. I am trained to run all stores within the district. I have managed 4 of my own stores the 1st was 780 units and the 2nd being an A property over 1000 units, the 3rd and 4th were acqustion properties. I drove a Disney bus to all destinations on and off property. Also kept current on all events on the Disney property in order to answer any questions and suggests points of interest to guests.

I worked in the emergency room registering new patients that came in to seek treatment. I also prepared the paperwork for out-patient surgery patients. I also set up the ambulance department so the proper insurance companies received invoices and follow up for payment. I also worked in the admitting office processing the registration paperwork for patients that are being admitted into the hospital.

Orlando General Hospital

March 1994 - January 1995

I worked in the admitting office of the hospital doing the collections of patients bills. I also resubmitted insurance claims that were processed in error. I also set patients up on monthly payment plans, called on insurance companies to verify they received the patients bill and everything on the bill was correct.

Laurel Oaks Hospital

January 1993 - February 1994

I worked in the collection department of the hospital to call on insurance companies to verify they received the invoice and when the hospital could expect payment. I also set patients up on monthly payment plans to pay for there bill that the insurance did not cover. Also had to make monthly reports to supervisors of the progress each month and when payments could be expected.
