introduction of the Gerdau Business System at Perth Amboy mill (NJ -

acquired by Gerdau on 2003). Metallurgical Service Manager (Quality

tools. Important experience on problem solving, root cause analysis and

countermeasures. Green Belt certify.

* Responsible for US$ 260M CAPEX implementation Melt Shop, Rolling Mill and

Finishing projects, developing new Product, Processes and product

application.

* Executive engineer with 5 years of experience on commercial management,

having under control the political definition on selling, marketing,

after sales and customer service within Brazil and Latin America,

resulting on US$ 240.000.000,00/ year of sales (Gerdau )

* In charge of high volume negotiation, including mining of new customers,

applications and development definition of new products and Product Cost

analysis, on the national and international marketing, generating around

12% of year deliveries on the new products (Gerdau).

* Experience as a leadership of projects, from conception to the

implementation, being responsible on reorganizing processes and systems

of Commercial, Products Engineering and Quality areas. Example: Team

member of the project to get a PNQ 2002 (Brazil National Quality Awards).

* Solid knowledge on enterprise management systems (ERP), SAP technology;

active member of starting up team and managing of sales and quality

modules.

* Voluntary work at the ONG NucleoInox as Director of Market Development,

where the main purpose is increasing the application of Stainless Steel

on the Brazilian marketing.
