Contract assignment for twelve weeks to focus on filling engineering positions. These include a Lead
Verification Engineer, Manager EDA STA, Product Validation engineers, Software Development-backend
FPGA and two technical marketing positions.

Manage 35-40 requisitions for Finance, Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing and IT. Average seven
hires a month supporting corporate headquarters in Milpitas, and 300mm wafer fab in NY.

Managed 25-30 requisitions generating 6 offers per month. Hired Capacitive touch engineers,
ARM/Microcontroller Engineers, Applications Engineers, CAD and support staff. Supported all the hiring
needs for North American Sales, FAE’s, Account Management and Distribution. Managed offer approvals and
new requisitions through the applicant tracking system (Success Factors).

hiring for NS Laboratories in Santa Clara and bringing on 16 PhD level engineers from schools across the

Contract assignment where we increased Kensington’s workforce by 40%, extending 56 offers resulting in 47
new hires across the company. This includes three new Directors (Marketing Communications, Retail Sales,
Inventory and Planning) Controller, Sr. Sox Accounting Mgr, Sr. Accountant and Financial Analyst. We filled
supply chain positions under the new director, 3 Ops Program Managers, Commodity Manager, and two
Supply Chain Analysts. Five new Product Marketing Managers and the firm’s first e-Commerce Marketing
Manager were recruited. In the product area two new Global Product Managers and various Program and
Project managers were added. In addition five new engineering positions were filled in RF Engineering and
QA at Kensington, Burnaby Canada.

Worked with multiple business groups and research organizations over a five-year time period. Responsible
for identifying and attracting talent, managing the interview process, behavioral interviewing, and driving the
hiring process to meet objectives. Supported the hiring for the Broadcast and Professional Group filling the
VP Marketing, Director of Engineering, and multiple sustaining engineering positions. Recruited for the
Software Develop Center in a highly competitive market during 2000 and 2001, Managed 20 requisitions
resulting in 5 hires/month.
Prior to 1998, I worked doing contingent search for firms focused on the semiconductor equipment business.
We sourced and placed engineers with Lam Research, Novellus, Applied Materials, DNS Photolithography,
Varian, Nikon Precision and Watkins Johnson CVD. Our placements covered all of the process and equipment
