Manage Middle East and Africa's accounts portfolio (67 countries) :

- FINANCIAL AND CREDIT ANALYSIS:

> provide financial risk assessment for news contracts and renewals.

> monitor daily limits for red flagged agents

> assess the financial, economic and political country situation and the customer’s record

> collaterals : Manage existing guarantees and negotiate new guarantees to be settled regarding the risk profile of the agent.

- COLLECTION AND RECOVERY:

> monitor 250-300 A/R active international customers in MEA region through NOETIX/ORACLE and CitiDirect tools.

> Maximize cash flows with consistent follow up and negotiation of payment agreements.

- FRAUD ANALYSIS, ANTI-MONEY LAUDERING:

> Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Business and Operating teams on specific agent’s issues.

- PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FOR BUSINESS:

> Insurance Cross-selling;

> Local Currency Settlement;

> Project Development for Sovereign Risk Initiative in MEA region: develop framework for limits set up to monitor and make decision when credit exposure exceed comfort levels.
