testing (E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, etc.), TPC and coliform testing using Petrifilm, fats and moisture
testing on meat samples (Soxhlet extraction method), and other testing as required. Wrote all analytical
reports for customers. Kept inventory of the lab and did all supply ordering and tracking.
