new store managers and actively recruiting and critically selecting
internal or external store manager's candidates.
> I have coordinated all activities, associated with new store openings
bearing in mind the direction of the Project development. Including
the hiring and training of the store manager, regular cashiers and
ordering the necessary equipment, paper goods and food products for
the start up.
> Coordinated and ensure all the training for managers and critical
staff on the job training and the online university courses programs.

> Participated in the team which developed the intranet system of the
company by being project leader on the development of the payroll
budget system to ensure the right amount of staff for different hours
of operations, all store assessments, and ordering site system for
reduction of food costs of store products and baked goods.
