Job Responsibilities

. Responsible of Core Network elements service assurance 24/7 support for

MBNL (T-Mobile,H3G)) LTE network.

. Working on customer tickets among various groups and among the intern

group to provide quality service for the customers with root cause

analysis.

. Handling and troubleshooting of all LTE network elements from end to end

network which includes RAN such as 9412 enodeB,9927/9928, Backhaul 7705

and 7750 SR and Core EPC Networks SGW, PGW and PCRF for customer network

through CARES.

. Remote Support to the Field operations on Configuration, Commissioning &

Fault Rectification of eNodeBs

. eNB software up gradation support

. Strong working knowledge on Samsung Network Management tools (LSM-R)

Description:

This project involved the development and testing SGSN- new hardware for

an all IP (Internet protocol) communication configuration. As software test

engineer, I carried out functional testing in the below areas:

. RNC radio network management

. Basic RNC & BSC maintenance procedures

. Resource allocation between GSM and GPRS

. SGSN performance measurement handling

Most of the work involved executing regression test cases, troubleshooting

test setups.

Role: BSS Engineer

Description:

This project was involved the development as well as testing of BSC

software and to carry out functional testing for software components

handling the interface between GSM and GPRS resources in the BSC software.

This included both automated as well as manual test case execution. My

responsibilities included:

. Test case development as well as test plan creation

. Test reporting using the various tools provided
