IT Manager-SCM, Rexel Holdings USA (Dallas, Texas), 2012 – Present
Responsible for managing Supply Chain in primary ERP of $8B electrical distribution
company. Primary duties include partnering with C-Level staff to define roadmaps, manage
internal employees dispersed throughout the country as well as consultants in a blended
onshore/offshore environment and partner with vendors to implement new features and
functionality.
• Reengineered L2 Support Processes resulting in an increase of customer satisfaction
scores by 7% while reducing costs by 37%.
• Took over project management responsibility for 500K Data Warehouse project
supporting Inventory, Purchasing and Payables that had gotten off track. Worked with
stakeholders to realign dates and deliverables then managed to the plan through
successful implementation.

ERPs.
• Architected and managed integration of finance functionality from ERP to Hybris
eCommerce platform.
• Partnered with KPMG and PwC on IT audits.
• Developed standardized invoice and statement file specification and led a cross-
functional team from five different source ERPs, middleware team and vendor to
develop a file feed to a third party print and digital presentation provider.

Responsible for managing a team of 20+ ETL developers to support a four (4) terabyte
corporate data warehouse. The environment consisted of two data marts and a data
warehouse running on Oracle and Teradata, populated with DataStage and accessed with
SAS and Business Objects. Accountable for new development on an average of 25
projects at any given time. Established and enforced architecture and coding standards to
ensure compliance with SDLC methodology. Built processes to work with business
requirements team to capture requirements, business needs, develop technical design
documents and work estimates. Experienced in Data Warehouse development projects,
specifically in the areas of scope and requirements definition as well as ETL (Extract
Transform Load) specification. Ensured project deliverables met schedule, quality and
budget goals.

Primary responsibility is managing a team of 33 engineers to ensure the quality of IT
deliverables. Accountability for testing an average of 42 projects at any one time, including
hardware, platform images, client-server applications, eCommerce applications and such
corporate systems as PeopleSoft, Retek and Kronos. Utilized Quality Center for test case and
defect repository. Upon accepting the manager role, the department was tasked with
overhauling the culture, processes and functionality of the team, which at that time had little
perceived value to the company. Within nine months received recognition from the CIO for
successfully re-engineering the department by developing a standardized test process
approach, including an engagement request system, master and project test plan templates,
formalized test strategy, project portfolio tracking and quality metric reporting framework.

sale, labor management and pricing applications across 1,200 stores in the U.S. and Canada
as well as the data migration and hardware replacement of the legacy POS application.
Developed installation and migration processes to support 16 store conversions per night, 80
per week, while maintaining store operations and servicing customers. Provided cost
estimating, tracking, controlling, and reporting of a $12M+ hardware and shipping budget.
Managed hardware forecasting, consumption trending, procurement planning, and logistics of
a 25K unit inventory including servers, point-of-sale workstations, peripherals, and supplies
for distribution to training site and retail center installations. Managed training classroom
installation and hardware logistics for POS training of 20,000 store personnel.

Started up and managed all aspects of this consulting firm specializing in software
development, eCommerce and data analytics. Including business development, requirements
