GLOW-Global Warranty System (Salesforce Application) is an online, web-based, CRM application that runs in

"the cloud" allowing users to manage and perform nearly every detail of their job. Of its cloud platforms and

applications, the company is best known for its Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) product,

which is composed of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Chatter . In addition to its products and

platforms, Salesforce.com created AppExchange, a custom application building and sharing platform.

Now I am working in TWG( The Warranty Group) at client location from Fiserv. I am responsible for Validate

Case creation for PPM & Non PPM contracts, Redeem coupon on PPM case, Claims submittal and Authorize

claim through MR (mainframe) system. Tax calculation in Mr System. Validate Quote order for different products

like GAP, Medicinal Repair, Drive Plus, Rental Warranty, Limited Warranty, Motor club, Assurance Edge.

Validate Quote dealer products and its rate for different coverage plans. Purchase and remit quote validation.

Mainframe validation for Claim file Maintenance, Claim Processing, Claim Overrides, Prepaid Maintenance,

activities like gathering basic information about the member necessary for account creation, capturing his details

for identification, capturing responses to security questions, performing real time verification from third party

credit reporting agencies like Equifax, adding and assigning associates and cross-selling relevant products. Other

activities like Teller Transaction, loan Payment, Disbursal, LOC Advance, Journal Transaction, Transfer, Deposit,

Withdrawal, Product creation, Rate & Term configuration, Balloon Loan, Assets & Liabilities, Loan Fee

Calculation, Monetary Hold, Loan Pledge, Cross Account Pledge,Loan Payoff transaction.

Economical and all kind of news. The wall Street Journal launched a worldwide expansion of its website, to

include major foreign-language editions. Much of the content available on the website is however, only for

subscribers. These articles provide samples but block the majority of the article unless the user logs in.

• Tracked the Defects, followed up with the development team to verify bug fixes and closed the

defects in Quality Center and executed Test cases manually in QC. Uploaded Business

requirements, test scenarios, test cases and defects from MS Excel/Access to Quality center.

• Performed black box testing- System, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance testing on web

based application.
