Converted Larue Carter Hospital from QS/1 computer system to Enterprise

Medical Records System using 10 med carts and three systems to drive it.

Reclaimed over $200K in unpaid Hospital Medicare claims in a two month

period.

Ran all pharmacy ads and sales for the Midwest division of Kroger, a five

state area.

Managed a department of 37 people involved in collecting, editing and

managing a national drug database of over 150,000 drugs.

Directed all production and distribution functions involved in publishing

eight printed periodicals and over 100 monthly computer products.

Directed New Product Development department at Medi-Span.

Directed the pharmacy operations in Indiana for Drug Emporium which

included personnel, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control as well as

regional advertising, pricing and computer system management.

Worked on a team of four people developing Peoples Drug pharmacy computer

system managing databases and installations.
