I assisted my team in developing and maintaining Winterwood's LMS system.
I trained all new employees while providing continuing education courses
for existing employees. I traveled to individual properties to provide 1:1
property management training to Rural Development, Tax Credit, HUD and
Conventional property managers. I acted as property manager during times
of transition. Assisted with new property takeovers and development as well
as hiring of staff. I maintained the "helpdesk" ticketing system to ensure
managers had the support required while in the field. I assisted with
creating the company employee training manual and standard operating
