Smart Media operates in eight countries (Hong Kong, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Qatar,

Bahrain & Sri Lanka) and helps organizations report and communicate most effectively by making

the best use of any medium traditional print, web, mobile, video and audio.

At Smart Media I was successfully promoted to positions of increased responsibility based on

CONSULTANT – PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

[2011 – to date]

Responsible for helping and supporting the company to develop business relationships with clients,

as well as exceed annual income targets & increase the brand value of Smart Media.

Understand client brief and opportunity and make recommendations on the optimal

allocation of the given budget across the print annual report and on line HTML annual report.

• Make recommendations on the resource allocation and monitor resource utilisation during

this project included:

Conduct extensive market research regarding industry trends & competition

Create a detailed business plan on the operational & financial viability of the new

company

Develop budgets & cash flow forecasts

Developed and implemented a simple & effective project

costing system using MS Excel to streamline the costing process which resulted in 12%

increase in profitability & time saving for the company.

Defined and created pricing, costing and planning models

to manage and measure the value of the projects and account profitability.

Process data and prepare monthly statements, budgets,

and analyse variances.
