Director of Sales Operations (1/13-present)- Responsibilities include
everything from the Customer Service position previously held, as well as
responsibility for the quoting team that quote all of the customer parlors
in the organization, the sales administration, and the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) sales software. My team has been responsible
for rolling this CRM software out to our sales organization, including the
software implementation, training, metrics development, and compliance
assurance.
Director of Customer Service, Quality & Regulatory (2/11-1/13)- Customer
Service responsibilities include developing processes that are followed
globally by customer service so that orders can be entered anywhere any
time, traveling globally 35%, and mentoring account mangers to build
relationships with our dealers, training of employees to bring them to a
whole new level of product knowledge and customer interaction to help
support the sales efforts. The quality department was responsible to
ensure consistent quality of manufactured and purchased products, the non-
conformance process, and Design for Manufacturability. Regulatory
responsibilities included chemical registration, UL, and CE compliance.
Responsibilities also included managing the JD Edwards IT employees and
responsibility for the management of our Cognos BI reporting tool.
Director of Project Management and Process Improvements (2/10-2/11)-
Responsibilities included establishing a project management process that
would allow the organization to have visibility to the progress of new
product development, training project managers on organization and process,
and helping to guide the organization when new processes affecting multiple
departments needed to be put in place.

. Consolidated the purchasing, scheduling, and inventory functions from
several acquired companies into the departments at BouMatic.
. Implement Vendor Scorecarding for measurement and accountability.
. Enabled a new product distribution model with the establishment of

Merchandise Manager/Lead Buyer -Within this position I had total authority
over product mix and inventory strategy for seasonal and non-seasonal,
display, supplier selection, negotiation of costs, margin integrity, and
advertising at all store locations. I was a training resource for store
personnel on selling techniques and product knowledge, as well as for the
development of personnel in my department and a number of other buyers
regarding process. I developed a buyer-training manual for Human
Resources, used for new employee hires. I organized and ran trade shows
