LPN Charge Nurse assigned to long term care patients.
Administration of prescribed medications utilizing PCC system. Completion of
wound care procedures. Observation and administration of medication to patient
receiving nutrition via G-tube.
Communication with physicians and ARNPs assigned to care for patients such as
review of laboratory and x-ray results in determining plan of care.
