consisting of Staples, Processed Foods, Personal Care Products, Beverages and Home Care

Products.

RECRUITMENT – Responsible for handling Pan India recruitment for Sahara Q Shop.

Planning various HR requirements based on future projects and resources for the department.

Handling the below mentioned tasks

o Talent Acquisition for PAN India for various verticals / functions through various talent

sourcing tools such as Head hunting, Job portals, Campus placement, Data Banks,

References, Social Media, Advertisements in leading dailies etc.

o Coordination with various departments for recruitment process of positions at all levels.

o Expert in conducting walk-in interviews & volume hiring.

o Staffing requirement against Resignation, Transfers, Retirement and new sanctioned

requirement.

o First point of contact for the entire range of recruitment, from junior to senior employees.

o Conducting HR round of interviews i.e. ASK (Attitude, Skills & Knowledge), salary

negotiations & compensation administration & release offer letters for new candidates.

o Responsible for complete joining formalities, On-boarding & Induction (with HR /

Business / Function) for new joiners.

MANPOWER MANAGEMENT - Proactively handled allotment of work according to the

ability of the person to acquire maximum productivity.

o To understand and comply with the organization Code of Ethics for the role.

C&B lead to analyze market data and make recommendations aligned to the business

need.

on C&B activities and recommending appropriate course of action.

performance appraisals also taking care of Employee Grievances and Redressal.

o Performance Management & Development – Facilitate goal setting, measures, review

and final rating and maintaining records of the same twice in a year.
