for a phase II crew and advanced to mainline foreman than to field superintendant and
estimator for an aggregate total of twenty two years in the underground utility industry.
Managed all employees and coordinated all subcontractors from notice to proceed to job
completion.
Wrote, implemented and enforced the company safety policy with daily jobsite visits and
weekly toolbox meetings. Coordinated and hosted the quarterly company safety awards
ceremony.
Wrote and implemented the company bonus and incentive program.
Responsible for hiring and firing over one hundred sixty five employees. I was fortunate
enough to never having a lost time accident for over eleven years and never had 1

INTERESTS
I enjoy writing and recording music in my home studio, I play five instruments, self taught,
and have recorded two albums that are available on the internet. I also enjoy learning
new languages. I am currently teaching myself Japanese and I am fluent in Spanish and
German. I enjoy spending time with family and close friends.
