Project deals with Datacap, ICM and HATS implementation for UOB banking

solution. Documents are injected into CE using IBM Datacap which triggers

workflow subscription by launching a workflow. Case workers use ICM

interface for processing the case from one activity step to another. Case

Manager 5.1 capabilities are used to automate UOB banking process.

Responsibilities:

. Requirements gathering and Developed Scan Factory vertical, various

horizontal processes and Distributed Scan process.

Project #2 ROBI-eDRMS

Robi intends to implement a eDRMS in its organization. This system is

intended to be used by various business processes of the organization with

the eDRMS being hosted at the Corporate head quarters in Dhaka. With this

system required to cater to the large conglomerate of Robi, its essential

that a state of art business process management system is used for managing

the cases.

Project #3 O2 Strategic Archive

Description:

O2 Strategic Archive deals with migrating the Data currently in the LOB

systems into Filenet as documents, The Data is captured from the LOB

systems and then separate documents are created for each customer based on

the configuration, the created documents are stored in the Filenet. The

data from the LOB systems comes in the form of files (IBM CSV File Format).

Most of these files are parsed and the data is stored in the LDM

temporarily and then the data is fetched from the Database base based on

the defined rules to create the documents, but few files received from the

LOB systems are very huge each file with over 100,000 records (10 GB File).

These files will be directly processed and the documents are created based

on the rules defined.

This system consists of many modules to improve the performance and

scaling, the system is architected in such a way that each component can be

configured to run multiple instances and on different servers.

Responsibilities:

. Involved in design level of Database and developing of various

modules.

. Involved in deployment of solution at Client Environment (UK).

Project #4 JBPCRM MY

This web based project is a community specially created for moms and dads

of young, active pre-school kids. In this site user can register them and

upload photos to community, the uploaded photos are moderated by Admin.

Admin has an authority of rejecting and approving the photos. Once the

photo is approved by the admin, user can put their comments, that to

moderate by Admin.

Description:

This web based project PEOPLE (Profile Experience Opportunity Promotion

Leaders Excellence) is workflow based HR application used for annual

appraisal. It has modules called Personal Profile, Work Experience

Tracking, Employee Movements and Personal development plan. The Personal

Profile function is where all audit employees will create and maintain

their personal information. Work Experience Tracking allows all the work

experience of an employee to be tracked. The Individual Audit Assessment

function is a sub-set of the Work Experience Tracking requirements. At the

end of each audit, the auditors in the field are given feedback on their

performance. The Professional development Process (PDP) is a tool for

rating the individual's skills proficiency (both soft skills and technical

skills).
