Duties and Responsibilities
o Scheduling and monitoring staff mandatory training
o Validating staff competency before allowing to work independently and thereafter
o Monitoring staff compliance with all TJC and other regulatory agencies such as OSHA, CAP, CLIA, etc.
o Records, reports and monitors all patient analysis data following proper documentation and procedures.
o Establishing and implementing corrective action plans.
o Perform instrument validations, correlations and generate reportable data for review.
o Installation of new analyzers following validation.
o Coordinate QC, calibration and linearity performance and documentation.
