Responsibilities:-

Candidate screening and Organizing site level interviews in consultation with corporate

HR;

Support newly joined employee formalities;

Employee grievance handling;

Maintaining employee welfare;

Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including

attrition, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount;

Preparation and monitoring of Annual Operating Plan and strict adherence to budgetary
