PROJECT

Design and implementation of Integrated Quadri-filar Helical Antenna at X-

Band carried out at Indian Satellite Research Organization (ISRO),Bangalore.

. Quadri-filar helical antennas give Omni-coverage and maintain good

circular polarization with less complexity.

. Basically the antenna consists of four radiating filars of fractional

turn printed on a suitable substrate, fed equal amplitude of power

with sequential phase quadrature.

. Antenna parameters such as Radiation Pattern, Polarization, Gain and

impedance are simulated using available softwares.
