WORK EXPERIENCE

CTNOSC Army Enterprise Exchange Messaging Systems Administrator – Senior for STG Inc.

Fort Huachuca, Arizona, since May 2012 to present.

As a Sr. Exchange Administrator with the CTNOSC Legacy Exchange PM Team was successfully able to demonstrate

my system engineering and administrative skills while decommission over 19 Army sites Installation in Army

Continental U.S (CONUS). Assisted Army Site Exchange Administrators with issues they experienced before and after

migration of their out of life cycle of their legacy Exchange Servers at their Sites including mail flow with fluidity

through CONUS COH/OKC DECC/APC's. Assisted Site Administrators with issues related to email accounts issues in

Active Directory and allocating the appropriate permissions in AD for the designated administrators to perform their

operations. Preformed extensive troubleshooting on various stages of email and exchanges messaging systems for mail

recipients and fixed errors to maintain the flow of emails throughout CONUS Sites and the APC’s. Worked extensively

with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) while tracking and monitoring troubleshooting Exchange

server’s hardware/software in OKC/COH APC's data Centers. Successfully managed to locate servers with failing and

dying hardware/software and arranged maintenance part replacements in the quickest turnaround time within the SLA

with the OEM vendors. Worked closely with HP, DELL vendors and DISA Touch Labor, and their engineers and

assisted them with troubleshooting Army messaging servers. Managed and worked on Army ITSM tracking tickets

While working at Fort Huachuca, Arizona’s NETCOM/9thSignal Command (SC)/G-5, I functioned as a Sr. Principal

Systems Engineer/Sr. Project/Capability Manager and as a Functional Proponent, for Army LandWarNet NetOps

Architecture (LNA) capability. As the Capability Lead, I was responsible for building the Information Security

Management Systems baselines (in the EOF lab), hardening the system’s applying DISA STIG’s & Golden Master

replicate issues. Working with Application servers, Router servers and Event services Servers in Windows environment

and several levels of systems nodes and interface with Samba/UNIX and Oracle db. Worked with Active Directory

DNS, SQL and documentation. With mission, critical Manufacturing Execution Systems that affect factory systems,

Platform using COM+ Event System General Functionality, Windows services. COM technologies including COM+,

DCOM, ActiveX Controls, fault tolerance and load balancing. This tool is an automation and factory-wide process

automation for improved FAB productivity through an embedded, workflow-driven integration framework. This FAB

management system includes critical tool automation applications such as recipe management and engineering data

collection as well as work in process tracking and dispatching. In addition, FAB300 was designed to support the

extension and modification of ITIL business practices, allowing rapid, controlled adjustment to respond immediately to

Suntron Corporation, Phoenix AZ, since, Oct 2003 to December 2005.

Worked as a Systems Engineer at Suntron Corporation, a company that manufactures electronic circuit boards for

Honeywell’s aerospace and other Military aerospace manufacturers. Managing all software on the network and created

MSI packages of software that were distributed companywide using Win Install and other MSI compiling applications
