Academic Seminar
Field Programmable Gate-Array Based Acceleration of Shortest Path Computation:
There exist several practical applications that require high-speed shortest-path computations. In many
situations, especially in embedded applications, a field programmable gate array (FPGA)-based
accelerator for computing the shortest paths can help to achieve high performance at low cost. This paper
presents a FPGA-based distributed architecture for solving the single-source shortest-path problem in a
fast and efficient manner.
Modelling And Designing Of FinFET For Low Power And High Reliability SRAM Cell:
FinFETs are one of the most promising structures to suppress short channel effect for a given equivalent
gate oxide thickness by using multiple gates to control the channel. This seminar proposes new methods
for SRAM cell design in FinFET technology.
