Professional Profile
I have 27 years of experience in the defense industry with expertise in software and
hardware acquisitions, test & evaluation, quality assurance, and the intelligence world. I
have a current TS clearance and held an SCI for over 15 years. I’m a strong leader with
over 23 years of acquisition management including 6 years at the division level. I’ve held
branch chief, division chief and Squadron Commander positions as well as been the
Inspector General of a 2850+ person facility. I’ve worked programs utilizing a cradle-to-
grave mentality. I have an extensive background in intelligence, acquisition and test. I’ve
been the lead government engineer working with the users to develop operational flight
program (OFP) requirements as well working their integrations and integration testing. I’ve
developed test plans/procedures for the OFPs as well as performed preliminary/formal
qualification testing, regression testing and managed the DT&E and OT&E for the programs
including integrating the requirements into simulators and performing integration and
regression testing of the flight simulator modifications. In addition, I’ve managed purchase
and inventory of hardware parts to produce specialized electronic equipment.
