. Analysis and debugging of logs/problems of 3G/UMTS network with Layer

3 Message Analysis with TEMS Software tool/Actix Analyzer tool/RNC

signaling analysis tool.

. System testing and Regression Testing which includes (Field Testing

and Application/Feature Testing) of GSM and GPRS& 3G Mobiles

. Field testing of 3G/HDPA UE to check and verify the performance of

mobile software and handset with respect to various Radio networks.

. Tuning and optimization (Pre & Post launch) of UMTS radio access part

. Doing SCFT, Cluster, SSV for pre and post launch sites.

. Doing Field optimization by changing Electrical Tilt, Mechanical Tilt,

and Azimuth while going on the site.

. Testing with different scenarios by using scripts for shot call,

long call, downloading and uploading.

. Doing Scanner drive for particular UARFCN by locking the band

and URAFCN.

. Making report for SCFT, cluster and fetching KPI report with the

help of Tems tool.

. Doing HSDPA, HSUPA and R99 drive for throughput analysis with the help

of different scripts like FTD DL, HTTP DL etc.

. Taking Snaps for new site planning and giving our prediction where to

plan new site and what azimuth we need to take.

. Attending and solving Customer complained by visiting customer

location and in coordination with TSG Team.

. Going to Drive with Bharti circle Quality Manager and solving there

queries and satisfying them by giving proper reasons.

. Good knowledge of Drive Test tool like Tems, Nemo and post

processing tool like MapInfo and Mcom.
