installation project.
• Reviewed and processed all vendor invoices for payment.
• Supervised all owner billing and late fees
• Prepared and distributed annual budget (coming under budget for last two years)
• Prepared and distributed Hurricane Protocol and Preparedness Manual for both staff and owners.
• Prepared and presented monthly Manager’s Reports. Took and transcribed minutes at Board of
Directors’ meetings.
• Liaison to owners both on and off property.
• Liaison for the Board of Directors during contract negotiations to lease roof space for emergency
antennas to City of West Palm Beach, which resulted in the winning of a Communities of
excellence award sponsored by the law firm of Becker and Poliakoff and the Florida Community
Association Journal with a featured article in the magazine, AT&T and Verizon cell phone
antennas.
