• Project lead from design through implementation of new account onboarding tool, with best in class overall
83% utilization and 91% signature capture (compared to 45%/15% legacy baselines) within first month (and
maintaining), along with significant revenue increase and a 33% reduction in time to revenue. Project also
included company first LOB rollout and provisioning of corporate tablets.
• Project lead on successful development and implementation of Salesforce.com into LOB, establishing
pipeline management and reporting functionality and processes.
