Access Business Group. This Group represents $13 plus billion in
revenue and includes R&D, sales & marketing, eCommerce, and
manufacturing. Additionally, support was provided on Corporate
EHS&S initiatives such as auditing, wellness, and minimum
standards development: Successfully led a team in developing
flexible work strategy and programs for group. Achieved the highest
scores ever in the company on Corporate sponsored EHS&S audits.
Reduced loss of intellectual property incidents by 90% and prototype
theft by 93%. Cut incidents of employee recordable injury by 50%
and reduce worker’s’ compensation cost by 72%. Eliminated a multi-
