Supervised Sub-contractors on a short schedule, in remodeling and combining the “D” Hotel & Casino Downtown

Fremont (Old Fitzgerald Hotel & Casino) two (2) Guest Rooms and transformed them into End-Suites (Total of 14

Suites). Brought aboard when the project was behind three (3) weeks. Coordinated with the Owners, Architects, and Sub-

contractors to bring the project back on schedule for its Grand Opening.

Project Engineer, March 2006 – May 2009

Tutor-Saliba Corporation – Las Vegas Branch, NV

While employed under a General Contractor, duty as a Project Engineer: analyzed/verified preliminary design for

product specifications and as-build drawings submitted to the Architects and Owner (Wynn Design Department) for

approval as-built. Cost Control Engineer: analysis Subs Payment Applications submitted for Change Orders Request, to

arrive at accurate cost estimates and to avoid cost overruns for the new Encore Hotel/Casino Project at Wynn Las Vegas.

Engineer’s Assistant of the Propulsion Test Division with NASA’s Test Stands. Revised and updated project drawings for

Sverdrup’s Engineers. Revise and update electrical drawings for NASA’s Space Shuttle Main Engine. Created new

drawings and helped in organizing large project packages for various military weapons in the armed forces.

Responsible for performing general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards, service

calls, complete maintenance request work orders from all departments in a timely basis, and completed other special

projects as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor. Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling,

ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs with the hotel
