Research Scientist with several years of research experience in cell biology and immunology with a specialization in development of cellular products for immunotherapy in a clinical research setting. Five years of clinical research experience gained from two multicenter clinical trials, which investigated the immune reconstitution after cord blood transplantation; I was the laboratory contact for the coordinators and responsible to receive samples, prepare samples for multiple experiments in aseptic condition which includes, FACS staining, acquisition & analysis of data, set-up cell culture experiments to study the antigen specific (virus) T cell proliferation, immune tolerance and quantification of multiple cytokines using bioplex, magnetic beads based separation analysis of data and report to PI, cryopreservation of cellular subsets and shipment to other centers for further analysis.
