other documents.

o Arranging for legalization of documents (if necessary).

o Arranging for inspection (if necessary).

• Update Track and Trace.

• Distribute documents and make copies in accordance with shipper's, TLG’s and/or destination

country requirements.

• Ensure that payable and receivable documents are completed accurately and forwarded on

time.

• Assure that file contains all necessary document copies in proper sequence

• Trace shipment through all transit points up to final destination (where applicable) and advise

clients and managers of any irregularities.

• Ensure highest level of data quality by processing the shipment accurately.
