Production Operator

Responsibilities

.Perform adjustment or repairs, Observes machine operation to detect malfunction, Record and inspect all

quality checks in computer data base, Lubricated and sanitizes equipment, perform trouble shooting, minor

mechanical adjustments and preventive maintenance. Operate machinery following proper safety standards

and knowledge of lockout tag out procedures.

Bulk Product Handler

• Identifying product being produced and to determine the product range and specs for that particular product.

• Pull samples from the dryers or the agglomerators for a quality check to make sure the moisture, color, and

density is in spec.

• Fill totes with product that comes from the dryers or the agglomerators process that is weighted, ticketed,

and recorded in the data sheet and input in the computer system.

• Transfer bulk product with stand up forklifts that is stored in the warehouse for the packing system.

• I also blend product to produce different kinds of products for the filling and packaging process.

• I manually check the equipment of the entire spray dried and agglomeration system periodically to make

sure the production runs smoothly.

• Process reusable goods in the system to blend with the finished goods using water, steam, and pumps.

• Hazardous materials in use; caustic and antifoam

Rice Processor Operation

• Inspect load and unload from railcars.

• Operate all steam applications in the process that includes steamers, shell and tube, plate heat exchanger,

and hydra-heater.

• Operate all gas applications using two dryers, the gas flow is determined by the individual dryer burner

management systems and individual zone burner controls.

• Operate steamer discharge and return pumps that flume to three individual tanks.

• I also preformed quality control procedures on product before being package and ships material used: sampler

splitter, tapping apparatus, moisture machine, color calibration, shear press machine, and graduated cylinder.

• I was also trained to handle hazardous materials like enzymics and phosphoric acid that used for part of

our processing procedures.

Forklift Operator

• Responsible for receiving, shipping, and safe movement of all raw material and finished goods to form all

packing departments and other areas of the plant as necessary.

• Receives and store all raw material; packing materials.

• Services all R&S palletizers and depalletizers.

• Unload and maintain necessary records of all rail and truck shipments.

• Move heavy equipment for contractors.

• Service and keep records for all blending stations and bag goods.

• Service the assigned forklift truck daily.
