analysis. Witnessed a 54% increase in volume within 2 months as a direct
result of a new customer relationship management initiative based on first
time quality and immediate service recovery.
Increased average product throughput velocity by 90% within 1 year through
a process focused, complexity reduction approach to shop floor
transactions.
Improved product recovery (CTQ KPI) by 83% within 2 years by funneling
product and process variation via the modification of existing procedures,
exhaustive technical research, and the acquisition of more effective
technology at minimal capital expenditure.
Proceduralized and standardized all manufacturing and business activities
while designing an ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality Management System from
the ground up. ISO certification completed with 0 non-conformities.
2011 EBITDA increase over 2009 EBITDA of 252%. Gained an increasingly
tighter level of spending control by utilizing intellectual capital before

lead time reduction through cellular application, and VA / NVA analysis.
Reduced process lead time for highest volume product family by 81%,
insuring same day, every day availability.
Initiated a statistical process control program to reduce variation as part
of a new quality management system that reduced scrap ratio from 8% in 2007
to 3% in 2008.
Reduced plant-wide WIP inventory by 40% utilizing SMED, eliminating batch
queues, and grouping disconnected processes into mixed model manufacturing
cells / focused factories.
Reduced Full Time Equivalent employees by 51% with a concurrent increase in
direct labor effectiveness of 36% and overall plant effectiveness of 34%.
2009YTD EBITDA increase over 2008YTD EBITDA of 342%, despite a 16%
