vehicle mechanic or inspector.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive military and civilian experience in tracks, wheels, and diesel vehicle
maintenance. Manage competent teams of up to 30 mechanics in the repair and
inspection of vehicles. Maintenance and communication proficiencies that guarantee a
viable inspection program. Perform hydraulics testing. Expert in troubleshooting of major
electrical systems on gasoline and diesel engines. Capable of reading schematics and
operating machinery such as a 10-ton crane. Currently holds a Secret Security Clearance.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Field Engineer – Lockheed Martin – Afghanistan – March 2013 - Present
Perform routine and specialized maintenance and repair in support of Special Forces.
Inspect, diagnose, repair and service equipment such as ATVs (Polaris, Razor 850 and
700), LATVs (Kawasaki Teryx 750 4x4), and other commercial equipment and tactical
military ground equipment such as Toyota Tacoma, Hilux, and Land Cruiser. Perform
scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on 60K and 100K generators.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Detroit diesel engines, Cummins engines, Caterpillar
engines, and other diesel engines.
Field Service Representative/Instructor, Oshkosh Defense – Afghanistan, 2011 – 2013
Maintain, service, inspect and repair MATV vehicles. Provide technical assistance,
guidance, and training to the US Military mechanics and civilian mechanics. Provide 10/20
standards, technical assistance, and arsenary expertise on MATV vehicles. Perform
inspection on incoming MATV vehicles for deprocessing. Perform inspection on the MATV
under belly improvement kit installation. Instruct the OPNET, FLMNET, and Delta courses.
Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Ranger Land – Kuwait, 2010 – 2011
MRAP Sustainment Facility team member. Provide 10/20 standards, technical assistance,
and arsenary expertise on a variety of MRAP vehicles. Render assistance to other
mechanics. Due to experience and expertise, selected to perform quality
assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspection on vehicles to ensure that they are ready for
inspection before they are taken to the QA/QC station.
Field Service Representative, Ranger Land – Iraq, 2010
Provide 10/20 standards, technical assistance, and arsenary expertise on a variety of
MRAP vehicles. Interact with all team chiefs, battalion motor sergeants, and battalion
maintenance technicians on a daily basis. Instruct and train soldiers on the familiarization,
vehicle characteristics, and other features of the MRAPs. Render assistance to other
mechanics.

Senior Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic/Inspector, General Dynamics – Schofield Barracks,
Hawaii, 2009 - 2010
Train, instruct, mentor, and supervise a Combat Repair Team (CRT) of United States Army
mechanics, operators and leaders supporting the US Army in peacetime and war (127 th
Infantry/225/Hawaii Brigade). Provide supervision for team members by assisting with
tasks. Supervise and perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on
Stryker, and other support equipment. Complete maintenance and administrative forms
and other paperwork related to performance of duties. Install all attachment A parts.
Perform unscheduled maintenance, scheduled maintenance and repair parts processing
for all varieties of Stryker vehicles. Coordinate and interface with Motor Sergeant and

Iraq, 2008 – 2009
Supervise up to 8 mechanics for EAB service team for the 225 Hawaii Brigade. Establish
and monitor site safety program. Conduct daily briefings to soldiers and subordinates to
ensure safety regulations are strictly adhered to and ensure compliance with customer

Heavy Equipment Inspector, Eagle Support Services – Fort Dix, NJ, 2004 – 2005
Inspect all maintenance jobs that come in and out of shop to FMC standards. Examine a
variety of goods, services or operations for conformity to established quality, standards, by
performing any combination duties and responsibilities addressed below. Provide
leadership to crew members, interfaces with site level customers. Inspect incoming
contracts units, forms and records and makes applicable entries for receiving into the work
process. Provide continued surveillance inspection of all in process work.
Develop/implement quality control/safety programs to ensure compliance with contract
specifications. Inspect/verify proper completion and documentation of safety. Perform
audits and inspections of work centers and ongoing maintenance actions, procedures,
equipment and facilities. Monitor timelines and applicability of maintenance technical data

deficiency and technical order improvement program. Review engineering investigation
request. Initiate/review quality, reports; ensuring that reports are accurate, clear, concise
and comprehensive. Review vehicle, equipment and explosive and explosive mishap
reports and evaluate for applicability. Conduct safety inspections, training and drills.
Inspect incoming material and modification kits for compliance with standard requirements,
quantity and condition. Responsible for assuring that tools and equipment met standards
and calibration requirements.
Maintenance Supervisor, Lear Siegler Services – Mosul, Iraq
Supervise all maintenance operations IAW with contract, LOTD, and company polices.
• Interface daily with the Site Operations Manager to keep higher-level management
personnel informed of all mission-related requirements/progress and to receive

directives as needed. Relay any decisions, which require a higher authority, to the
appropriate personnel.
• Interface with DS/BMO production control functions for maintenance and supply
actions to include opening and closing of DS/ORG job orders, status changes, and
requisition of Class IX repair parts. Direct the turn-in of recoverable items by each
section to the Shop/BMO Office Turn-In POC within 72 hours of job completion.
Ensure that customer ordered parts are available to support requested
maintenance actions and coordinate any additional parts or POL products required
with DS Shop Office/Organizational BMO. Contact customers to pick up
completed job orders or bring in equipment retained by the unit but waiting for shop
availability.
• Attend all meetings scheduled by local KBR and Military POC and prepare and
report action items to upper management. Review and analyze work load based
on updated customer personnel and equipment density reports. Review all open
job orders daily and give guidance to the maintenance personnel on the required
action for each job. Review each Shop/Team maintenance register with the
Section/Team personnel to discuss actions required and potential conflicts for each
open job order.
• Hold the hand-receipt for all shop tools, vehicles, shop and administrative
equipment assigned.
• Prepare and report daily personnel accountability. Ensure the all assigned work
area and tools are secured. Provide a clean and safe working environment for all
personnel by maintaining neat and orderly maintenance bays and ensuring the
presence and serviceability of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, gloves,
hearing protection, and eye protection.
• Review and schedule all request for R&R, LWOP, and Emergency leave. Manage
and report petty cash transactions and pay advances.
Power Generator/Wheel Vehicle Mechanic, CSA – Kuwait
Perform organizational maintenance and repair and quality control over a wide variety of
wheeled vehicles, arms systems, shop equipment, compressors, gas and diesel engines,
and power generators. Troubleshoot equipment, servicing and making repairs including
removing and replacing new or rebuilt assemblies such as voltage regulators, generators,
brake cylinders, etc.; removing and cleaning fuel tank and spark plugs, adjusting tappets;
changing and adjusting distributor points and similar work. Perform operational inspection
and ensure vehicles and equipment are properly serviced, including brake adjustments,
replacing hydraulic fluids, greasing, cleaning, etc., and perform other preventive
maintenance operations as required. Use a variety of diagnostic and test equipment to

Maintain power-assisted brake systems, wheel vehicle suspension systems, wheel /hub
assemblies and wheel vehicle hydraulic steering systems. Troubleshoot problems in
