1. Management of immunodeficient (NSG) mouse colonies and ensure sufficient supply

of mice for research, including management of mouse database, weaning, tagging,

checking plugs and pregnancies, assisting euthanasia and performing brief necropsy

of mice as needed.

1. Genetic screen to recover recessive mutations that causing congenital heart disease(CHD)using N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) as a mutagen. Identified at least 50 mutant

lines that associated with CHD thus far.

management of mouse databases, weaning, tagging, checking plugs and pregnancies,

3. Run robotic system for PCR genotyping and genotyping analysis.

4. Purchase laboratory supplies, keeping track of supplies inventories and contacting with

lab supply and equipment vendors when necessarily.
