Summary Responsibilities include all phases of
the 3-Phase Construction Process as per the US Army Corp of Engineers as
well as all of the day to day requirements of commercial construction
sites. Also worked on US Navy contracts, specifically Pugent Sound Naval
Shipyard. In charge of staff consisting of QC Assistants and office
personnel dealing with the submittal/approval process, RFI's, Scheduling
input to Program Managers. Reported directly to Corporate QC Manager and
Director of Operations. Oversaw input and personally input into the US Army
Corp of Engineers database of QCS/RMS on a daily basis. Coordinated third
party inspection of all phases of work as required by the RFP and
associated specifications. Maintained and oversaw the "Punch list" items in
order to rectify the anomalies in a safe and timely fashion.

in the upfront documentation, field inspections, and field resolutions
if necessary, until Final Occupancy Certificate, and warranty period
utilizing the Three Phase Quality Control Process and QCS/RMS.

negotiations, implementation, and compliance surveillance for multiple
programs.
Cause & Corrective Action Monitored and
reported all rework and scrap for each program by collecting and reviewing
data so as to recognize trends and to implement necessary corrective action
in order to comply with internal ISO 9000 "2000" procedures. Chaired all
MRB (Material Review Board) as well as PMR (Preliminary Material Review).
Supplier Interface Initial supplier
recommendation to Certified Supplier status responsibilities include all
surveys, delivery and quality performance, source inspection, analysis and
assignment of quality note requirements from components to all up
assemblies for this facility.
Customer Satisfaction Work closely with local
Government Representative (DCMA) through to the "end user" to assure
satisfaction of delivered manufactured/repaired DOD products ranging from
inspection point implementation, issue resolution, satisfaction surveys,
