members. Assist other Adjusters and Management with projects involving the

use of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Prepare newly received

chiropractic claims for review by the Chiropractic Consultant by printing

claims information, entering notes once the claim has been reviewed. Entry

of audits assigned to each Claim Department team, recording results of

audits and notating any corrections and the steps taken for completion of

the audit for the Assistant Manager of the Claims Department.

file with all necessary disclosures and contracts. Answer all incoming

calls regarding the properties. Create Counter Offers and negotiate with

the Buyers Agent, per Sellers instructions, to get the property in

contract. Open escrow and manage transaction through-out the escrow

process. Enter all Bank Owned, Distress Sales, Short Sales and

Foreclosure listings in MLS and update the MLS to reflect status changes

of properties listed.

- RENTALS: . Manage all rental properties owned by both acquisition

companies. List, advertise, show, negotiate and create all necessary

paperwork to get homes leased. Collect rents and schedule maintenance

for properties.

- MARKETING: . Manage and create all marketing materials including weekly

newspaper ads, for advertising properties and recruiting, monthly ads for

all Real Estate publications. . Create and post daily Craigslist ads for

company listings and recruiting, receiving calls and routing to available

agents. . Upload and update all property information on company web-site.

- ASSIST PRESIDENT: . Assist President of Merit Realty in all aspects of

company business, including coordinating schedule, coordinating meeting

arrangements, managing e-mail, assisting all agents in procuring new
