acquisition, title research, real estate and appraisal fields.

Supervise acquisition of rights of way, leases and fee property as necessary in eight
states. Manage existing rights and ensure all payments are made in a timely
manner. Monitor expiration of Agreements. Work with Legal, Engineering,
Optimization, Black Oils, Fuel Oils, Strategy and Business Development
departments and Area Managers (Operations) to determine needs and provide
support in all real estate and right of way matters. Prepare and/or review various
agreements including easements, leases, permits, licenses, consents, assignments
and deeds. Supervise and perform due diligence as necessary. Review title and
direct to cure as necessary. Oversee the existing Landworks LPM and GIS
database for Logistics and TLO and provide consultation in the implementation
of LPM for the refineries. Oversee workload of permanent and contract staff and
outside counsel as necessary.
